✨ Hello!

My name is Liz, and I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and researcher in Michigan. I’ve always loved science, the internet, and youth mental health, and I’ve spent years working at the intersection of all three. I’ve had hundreds of conversations with young people about how they use, benefit from, and can become distressed by their devices, social media, and other online experiences. And I love thinking about the ways that psychologists can help harness the power of the internet and devices to help support young people - especially with mental health concerns.

Following these passions, I am so fortunate to have landed after making the jump to digital mental health. I am currently a Clinical Editor at ChoosingTherapy.com, where I am thrilled to combine our best knowledge from psychotherapy research with insights from direct clinical work into accessible psychoeducational content and product for anyone interested in supporting their mental health.
